Our neighborhood of 247 homes is located in the north central area of San Antonio at the intersection of TPC and Ruby Run. The Homeowners Association (HOA) was incorporated as a Texas Non-profit  in 2005. We are considered within city limits and must abide by city laws and regulation as well as our own governing documents. We are glad you are here and look forward to seeing you in the community.

Encino Ridge Community

Our community is not a place, building, or organization; nor is it an exchange of information over the Internet.

Community is both a feeling and a set of relationships among people.

People form and maintain communities to meet common needs.

Members of a community have a sense of trust, belonging, safety, and caring for each other. They have an individual and collective sense that they can influence their environments and each other.

A community is a living organism. It is either declining or improving. There is no steady state in a community.

Our HOA is made up of community members.

We elect volunteer homeowner board members to look out for and represent all of us. The board members have oversight of the hired property management company who manage limited HOA business operations according to a contract.

It is up to the REST OF US to fill in the gaps.
